Police in Tumpat are investigating a serious case involving a 15-year-old girl who was found injured after going out for exercise.
Sin Chew Daily reported that the girl had left home with her 10-year-old brother for a morning run before the two became separated.
Family members were later informed that the teenager had been found near a bushy area and taken to hospital.
The case is being investigated under sections related to rape and robbery causing hurt. Authorities have not released the victim identity.
